Refund policy

Furniture items are large goods that are manufactured to order. You may request a full refund within 48 hours of placing and paying for your order; for cancellations made after 48 hours but prior to shipment, a 90% deduction from the purchase price will apply. No refunds without specific cause are accepted once the goods have been shipped. In the event of damage during transit, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the insurance company.
