Natural wood grain, texture differences, color variation, and handmade craft marks are normal characteristics of custom furniture and do not constitute quality defects. Color differences caused by screen display, lighting, or shooting angles are not eligible for return, refund, or compensation.

2. Custom Order Risk Statement

All furniture items are personalized custom-made products with no stock and no resale value. Once the design, size, material, and production plan are confirmed by the customer, production will start. Any order cancellation, refusal of delivery, unreasonable refund request, or design modification during production will result in production loss, material waste, and shipping cost, which shall be borne solely by the customer. Custom orders do not qualify for ordinary “no-reason return” policies.

3. Production & Shipping Delay Exemption

All production lead times and sea shipping transit times are estimated and non-guaranteed. Delays caused by material shortage, customs inspection, port congestion, vessel schedule changes, local policy adjustments, or force majeure events shall not be regarded as our breach of contract. No delay compensation is applicable.

4. Consultation Advice Exemption

All size suggestions, layout recommendations, and design guidance provided by our customer service team are commercial reference only. They do not constitute architectural, engineering, or legal professional advice. Final on-site installation and space suitability shall be confirmed and undertaken by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All design drawings, texts, images, videos, and website layout are original intellectual property of this store. Any unauthorized copying, modification, resale, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited. We reserve all rights to pursue legal liabilities for infringement.
